She knows exactly how to help my pain for over 12 years!!
Dr. Santo has been my pain care provider for many years. She always Knows what procedure will work the best for my neck, low back and knees. I could not live a full life without her and her knowledge. She is the most special, knowledgeable, caring and Helpful physician I have ever known. I don’t know what I would do without her. Also, her staff is also fantastic and they also are very special to me. Thank you always!!!

Physical therapy review and recommendations
3 weeks into PT. Discussed knee progress and PT exercises. Dr Santo recommended alterations and additions to exercises. Provided thorough responses to my questions including suggested activity levels for this stage of recovery. Said she is available anytime for questions from physical therapist or me.

I see Dr.Santo yearly for medical marijuana recertification, she takes the time to talk with me, and offers suggestions in reference to my CRPS and cervical dystonia.

Excellent care and understanding of my condition.
Understood my condition from previous visits and recommended more up to date x-rays to be taken. I was contacted shortly after my x-rays were taken and an explanation of the results was presented to me clearly. Overall, Doctor Santo understands not only my condition, but my lifestyle. In short, it's nice to be treated as an individual.

Injections with ease.
Dr. Santos explained all that would and did happen in great detail to allow me to make a informed decision. During the procedure she ask where the pain I experienced was radiating and she injected the platelets in the exact spot.

Absolutey Outstanding
Upon my first appointment there was a snow storm. Dr. Santo personally called me at home to tell me that even with the storm that my appointment was still scheduled and to call in the AM to see if they were able to get in. Low and behold I called the next morning to see if they were going to be open and guess who Dr. Santo answered the phone and I asked if they were open and she said well I'm here so I guess we are open. She told me to take my time and that she would be there. I have never visited another medical facility where the staff was so friendly and concerned with my pain. Dr. Santo spent time with my wife and I to explain my situation. From there she recommended the Platelet procedure which I agreed to. Upon entering for my procedure once again the entire staff couldn't have been any friendlier and concerned. During the procedure Dr. Santo was feeling my pain and was very concerned with my well being. I can not express enough my appreciation to her and her staff
