Dr. Santo was very thorough and knowledgeable of my conditions.
Dr. Santo and team were professional and courteous.
Dr. Santo was able to help me understand some of the underlying issues compounded by my main condition. I appreciated her candor on treatments and medications. I highly recommend scheduling a visit. I look forward to my next visit and treatment plan.

My right knee
My experience was awesome, the pain in my knee has drasitically changed, it feels stronger, more stable and less inflamed I am now having it on my left knee.

Exceeded my expectations.
I really appreciate the sincerity and concern for my extreme back pain by the staff and Dr.Santo.
There are no words to express my gratitude and appreciation for making the necessary arrangements to be seen by Dr. Santo. From the very beginning the staff were unexpectedly professional. The lady at the front desk is awesome and professional. I have been to the emergency room twice, urgent care twice, Physical Theraphy three times, including seeing several doctors. I appreciate the fact the lady at front desk greets you with a smile as you enter the facility and her sense of caring is enormous. I don’t know the other staff members names but they too are absolutely the best.
Dr. Santo was the only Doctor that took the time to throughly explain the details of the x-ray and treatment plan for my chronic back pain since November 26, 2020. Sad to say that the other medical professionals kept treating the symptoms and not the source of the pain.
Best practice - You all rock!

Comforting
The staff was really comforting, especially Shelly at the front desk! I have been dealing with doctors for several years and Dr. Santo placed me a bit more at ease. This was only my first appointment, but I am following up in a few months.

I went from being an anxious mess to a cool cucumber because of my visit with Dr. Santos!
from beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. Dr Santos was professional, polite, caring, personable and put my mind at ease. She explained everything to me thoroughly, including future steps of what I would need to do after leaving the office so that there would be no confusion. Due to me being high risk from currently undergoing treatment for cancer, she offered me the longest time period between this appointment and my follow up. Therefore that is less time I will need to go out in to public and around others. Almost all my other physicians seem to rush through an appointment, do not take time to truly listen to me, are quick with their words and short with their sentences, and then leave right out the door. Dr. Santos is the opposite. I also appreciated very much that she thoroughly reviewed my records sent over prior to the appointment. Although this was only my first time with her, she definitely did her homework and knew quite a bit about my medical history and dx!!

My visit was thorough, professional and compassionate.
Dr. Danto's team did a good workup for this, my first, appointment. When she came into the exam room she introduced herself, asked appropriate questions to better understand my concerns and expectations. She took time to fully explain treatment options and potentials in light of my condition, age, and hopes. I feel that I have a partner for health care as we address pain management and courses of treatment.
