Excellent customer service with Advanced PainCare. I had the Regenexx procedure done 3 weeks ago and I am so pleased with what I am seeing and being able to do with my left knee. I am now able to bend my knee and can walk up steps again with the aide of a brace, which I could not do for 6 months. I feel I am getting my life back again due to this procedure. I would recommend this for anyone. It really does work!!

Superb experience. Couldn't use my right arm . Had surgery, was told nothing could be fixed, too young for shoulder replacement. Saw Dr Santo about it and she suggested Blood Platelettes. I had no other options, so we had it done. Dr Santo asked if I would accept 50% better. Absolutely I would I am now at 45% and it's getting better every week. I am so happy and elated for this technology, I only wish I had known about this prior to other surgeries I've had through the years. I would suggest this option for anyone, trust me, it works. Dr Santo was very honest and transparent about the whole procedure and everything she told me was true. This gave me my life back and I would have it done again in a heartbeat.

My regenerex experience was excellent, I had pain I could not stand anymore, so got my injections with my own platelets, and now I am pain free, still in the healing process for couple more months and am very pleased with the outcome!

After surgery on my right shoulder, I woke up in Recovery to the Surgeon telling me there was nothing he could do to fix my right shoulder. I was also informed that at the age of 53 I was too young for a total shoulder replacement. I had a hard time dealing with this diagnosis because I could hardly use my arm anymore. Then I then talked to Dr. Santo and she suggested PRP therapy. She told me I shouldn't expect more than 50% relief and to be honest I was not optimistic of how well this would work. I had the procedure on 9/27 and it was sore for 2 days, unlike surgery, which hurts for months. I did my exercises so it wouldn't freeze up everyday. After just 1 week I had more free motion than when I went in. After 2 weeks I felt even more confident that this was working. I had my checkup after 4 weeks and I was super excited to see Dr. Santo and show her the improvement, my range of motion is so much better, I couldn't be happier!
