Overall a very positive experience. The staff is very polite and courteous. The lady who gave me my hearing test was very professional and patient. Dr Ephrat took the time to hear my concerns,was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with his explanations. I would highly recommend this Doctor.

It is was a wonderful experience to visit ENT and Allergy Associates. Dr. Ephrat took me before my appointed time. I have never had this happen when going to the doctor. Dr. Ephrat listened to my concerns and corrected by issue. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ephrat for your ENT needs.

Good experience this time and every time.
From the second you walk into the office to the time you leave the office, you are met with professionalism, courtesy, compassion, understanding. Dr Ephrat is my favorite doctor and it is always a pleasure to go to his office, even if he finds it necessary to stuff a tail pipe from a 1957 Chevy up my nose! I have THAT much trust and confidence in him!
PS. As of yet, Dr Ephrat has NOT found it necessary to stuff a tail pipe up my nose. JTC
