I was treated extremely well!!

Very pleasurable
Dr. Ephrata was professional and kind. He was a good listener and got right to work. He made my son feel comfortable. He made sure he explained what he was doing. He was kind and compassionate. He was quick and thorough. My son actually said if we need to go back to a dr, I want to come here. I like him. Dr. Ephrata was able to tell me what was wrong with my son after a long time of foinf to dr's and not getting any answers. Truly a wonderful experience.

I had a chronic problem that is now totally cured
I had seen Dr. Ephrat with a chronic sinus infection for almost two years. During that time he would advise me and prescribe helpful medicines, but never pressured me into having surgery. However, once I became fed up with my seemingly never-ending problems, Dr. Ephrat recommended taking care my severely deviated septum. What a life changing decision! My sinuses that were perpetually a problem are now as clear as day. I can smell and taste again, and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Ephrat’s skills as a surgeon left me with zero problems along the way, and I am now as happy as could be with my procedure. Thank you Dr. Ephrat!

Feeling better already
Dr. Ephrat helped me immensely yesterday. I was misdiagnosed by a doctor at urgent care who thought I just had a common cold and shouldn’t be on medication. I knew in my gut I had a sinus infection so I went to see Dr. Ephrat the next day since I was getting worse each day. He immediately told me I had a terrible sinus infection. He performed a culture and nasal endoscopy and prescribed medication. Thank you so much for listening and providing great care!

Respectful, straightforward & kind
I was recommended to this office by one of my other ENT physician. I had a deviated septum all my life and since last year it was affecting my breathing. My Doctor was Dr. Ephrat who did the septoplasty surgery. Let me just say he is one of the most respectful, Kind & caring Doctor I have ever met. He hears you out and truly cares about what the problem is. If you think you have a deviated septum I recommend you making an appointment here and fixing it because you will not regret it. Everyone in this Doctors office knows what they are doing. The receptionist & medical assistant are the sweetest people. If you go to this office, you are in good hands.

On time, caring, professional
Dr Ephrat's office is wonderful. Very clean and modern, cautious about Covid restrictions.
I filled out my paperwork online in advance of the appointment which saves time in the office. Texted from the parking lot as requested and was told to come right up.
I was taken to an exam room on time, answered some questions then, within two minutes, Dr Ephrat came in. He listened, asked questions when needed. Examined me, explained what he wanted to do. The audiologist was friendly and professional.
All in all, an excellent practice and a wonderful doctor - I'd recommend to everyone who needs a skilled ENT.
