Why can’t all drs offices run lol me this one?
The minute you walk into the office you are pleasantly greeted. You are taken on time. The back office assistants are polite and knowledgeable. Dr. Ephrat is a great listener and diagnostician. This is a well oiled machine from the time you walk in to the time you leave. You are the only patient for that block of time.As it should be.

Great experience as a first timer
Very impressed he listens and was not rushing. Felt relax and confident. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Ms Farzeena at the receptionist desk was exceptional helpful.
Definitely recommend his clinic.

Dr. Euphrates listened to my concerns as I was about to travel on an airplane.
The office procedures regarding Covid protection was excellent. I appreciated waiting in my car and being taken in to the examination room within a minute of my arrival. The most fantastic part was being able to make an appointment on line on a Sunday of a holiday weekend for Monday morning at 9:10am!

Dr Ephrat is great
You need to re evaluate your med techs. The one who I saw was almost illiterate but acted like I was just an ignorant patient. .
Fortunately, Dr Ephrat has the sense to go over the meds himself.
What is the med tech really doing?
And please follow infection pre action guidelines and have them put the long staticky hair up.

Took care of my problem without any discomfort
Dr Ephrat is thorough , knows how to treat the problem without complicating it more and advises on how to help prevent in future. Best part, hardly any waiting time which is rare nowadays.

The services that I received were stellar! Pleasant & Educational.
Dr. Ephrat has always done a stellar job since my first exam prior to moving to the new location. He and the staff are warm and friendly. Dr. Ephrat explains every aspect of my health journey in a clear, concise manner as he took the time to review my diagnosis and offer treatment options. It's a blessing to be in the midst of an outstanding doctor who demonstrates care for his patients.

Warm and professional staff
Dr. Ephrat was excellent. Highly recommended.
I had a challenging case that required SMR surgery for a severe deviated septum. Dr. Ephrat did the job and I was happy that I was able to breathe through my nose, at least a little, right after surgery. Some procedures involve blocking the nasal passages completely for two weeks to heal. That scared me. I'm very happy Dr. Ephrat used a different method. Now breathing freely a week after surgery.

I know Dr. Ephrat about 20 to 25 years he’s the best. Dr. Ephrat has a very nice disposition he’s professional and always makes me feel very comfortable during an exam.

Wonderful experience. Office spotless and run well.
Dr. was a great listener tested my ears and throat. Figured out my issues and not only explained the issues but was sent home with a list of dos and don'ts.. Very good experience.

I found all of the people in the front office very accomodating. I found the audiologist, Dr. Monti and the ENT Dr. Ephrat very knowledgeable and thorough in their diagnoses, explanations, and treatments.

Wonderful and warm experience from start to finish
I must first say I found his new office to be very warm and inviting. As always, Dr. Ephrat was very courteous, listened to what I had to say, and overall a very knowledgeable and professional doctor. I am happy that I have chosen him as my doctor.

Professional and Courteous

Excellent, thorough and timely
Dr.Ephrat is professional and very knowledgeable. He did the exam and afterward recommended a hearing test with Kalli Monte a very experienced audiologist. He reviewed the results all within a very reasonable time span. This office is very efficient and I will continue to recommend Dr.Ephrat.
