In a word...relaxing. Everything was explained and reassured any concerns we had.
Very professional. Staff was great to work with. Dr Mulvaney was very informative, calm and reassuring. We were pretty confident and comfortable coming in, but had some questions we didn't know we had until he explained the entire process. We can't say enough good about the experience! Thank you!

Surreal and life changing
I have been just existing with PTSD and anxiety that it was all I have known for a long time. I cannot express how quiet and still my brain is after this. I asked, : "Was that it?" after the procedure was over with, in a matter of minutes. It is like my brain got a massage to help it relax. And for the first time, I feel at peace. My brain is quiet, and I am excited and hopeful to see how this affects my life now. Dr. Mulvaney really helped me to feel at ease, and I cannot thank him enough for this.

absolutely fantastic--life changing
I had three sessions of lumbar prolotherapy. Prior to this I was in constant pain and was told I would need surgery to fix the pain and to be able to function normally. After the first session, I was back to yoga, walking and other exercise with minimal discomfort.. It had improved 80% After the second session I had improved to 90% and now I am at 100%. This non invasive, easy procedure was life changing and I am now pain free and feel like my back is much stronger. I would highly recommend this --three 20 minute procedures and I am back to normal!

My chance at peace
My experience with Dr. Mulvaney was what I was hoping for. He was efficient, competent, helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, and supportive. I feel thankful to have had this opportunity and I would strongly suggest this treatment to anyone struggling with severe PTSD or CPTSD symptoms. Just go for it! You deserve it.

Very efficient, clear steps of the process, and what to expect post SGB
Highly recommend, will have to wait and see how this treatment affects me but the experience was very easy and not painful at all.

A drastic change in my mind. The "chatter" and "horrific" memories were quelled.
Dr. Mulvaney and his entire staff are professional medical providers. The staff was pleasant, proficient, and positive before, during, and after the procedure.
My mind has been overwhelmed by traumatic events, this "simple" injection has been the only treatment that allows me to be present and calm. I have endured years of medications, EMDR, and counseling sessions. None of those mentioned have produced the results that SGB has provided me.
On a separate note: after 2 injections with Dr. Mulvaney and opted to have SGB performed locally by a different physician. I unfortunately had no relief. Trust the staff at ROSM and believe in Dr. Mulvaney and his ability to help those.

Amazing!! Why did I wait 3 years to do it?!
Dr. Mulvaney is amazing. His entire staff was amazing. They listen, they care, and they make you feel normal. My C-PTSD is really, really bad---Dr. Mulvaney spent 15 minutes just talking to me to put me at ease. He tells you what's happening every step of the way, and let's you watch. They checked in repeatedly after the procedure while I rested. I waited 3 years to do this and I wish I had done it the first day I read about it. If you aren't sure---DO IT NOW!

Incredibly Helpful
Dr. Mulvaney and his staff do all they can to make your visit as comfortable and easy as they can. From the front desk to the actual SGB procedure, I have no complaints. Not only is Dr. Mulvaney a top tier professional, he genuinely desires the patient's hopefully better future.
If only more medical practices were as professional as this one.

Someone who truly gets it and wholeheartedly cares
18 years of LEO experience when it all hit and PTSD took me to a place of non functioning and inability to even breathe. The anxiety was cripiling Dr. Mulvaney truly gave me a chance at feeling hope again. He educates you, talks to you from a point of completely understanding and care that is not a front. Greatful for this opportunity and knowing he's there long term for your wellbeing; the world needs more people like him.

Extremely professional experience with Dr. Mulvaney. Highly recommend him over any other SGB provider.
Dr. Mulvaney took the time to sit down and explain the procedure and answer any questions I had. He genuinely cares about his patients. I would not go any other place for the SGB procedure.

Results beyond what I thought was possible
Excellent ! From my very first consult I knew I was in the right place. He "listened" to everything I was describing from a pain perspective, reviewed my films prior diagnosis from three other surgeons and pain specialists which was a triple fusion with facet ablation. He spent as much time with me as needed to answer questions and explained his proposed course treatment in detail. For a year and a half I could barely walk into a grocery store without lying down on the floor. After four months of treatment I am 99% pain free and back to living my life!!!

I feel so much calmer.... what a relief
Excellent. I thought this treatment was intended primarily for war veterans with PTSD - which can be quite different from someone like me with Childhood trauma. But this treatment is for someone like me....what an absolute blessing. To be feeling more calm, less anxiety, less hypervigilent, less angry, less frightened - if an gift beyond words. Thank you.

Thankful I saw him!
I had a great experience. I was at the end of my rope with Combat related PTSD. Multiple rehabs, multiple different drugs, counselors, techniques. In Oct 19 I even checked myself into a psych ward. The procedure is extremely simple, painless and effective. My mental clarity has improved within minutes.

Comfortable, easy and pleasant
I decided to have the Stellate Ganglion Block done by Dr. Mulvaney after struggling with severe anxiety and OCD for years. Dr. Mulvaney and his staff were personable, informative, and extremely competent. Dr. Mulvaney is friendly, caring, and genuine, but most importantly, he is clearly an expert in his field. He explained every step of the procedure in terms that were accessible to me, and I was even able to watch the procedure through ultrasound. The SGB was painless and so effective that I had an emotional response to it as I had not felt truly calm for years prior to this treatment. My experience was truly pleasant from start to finish, and I highly recommend Dr. Mulvaney.

Life Changing!
We first came to Dr. Mulvaney in October 2019 and my husband had his SGB shot from post combat related PTSD . He was a changed man by the end of the appointment. He went from being very suicidal to happy. After 8 months he is still . We are here now for me. I had PTSD from non military related things that happened. I, too feel relieved and so much better. Dr Mulvaney and his staff are awesome. Very comfortable experience. We so appreciate them and are grateful to them.

Beyond my expectations and grateful I made the appointment.
Dr, Mulvaney is one of the most personable and caring physicians I've ever encountered, As a paramedic I know the stigma that first responders live under regarding our response to trauma. We see and experience a lot. My PTSD was great and the SGB has already given me a great deal of relief. It's nothering short of a miracle and I encourage anyone that suffers from PTSD to consider having the procedure done. It was nearly painless and took only a few minutes. Truly a life changer.

Successfully treated torn hip labrum with PRP! :)
I tore my hip labrum 3 years ago and did all the traditional non-surgical treatment -- physical therapy, and rest -- to no avail. When it came time to find a long-term treatment, I read a lot of medical studies and came to the conclusion that stem cell or PRP were the best treatment options, both in terms of success rate and recovery. After talking with Dr. Mulvaney, I decided to try PRP first. After two rounds of PRP, the labrum is repaired, and I've resumed running and riding! Needless to say, I'm really pleased with the results.

Tremendous relief and joy.

Connective tissue disease prolotherapy
My experience has been positive. I was an athlete, forced to stop due to progressive joint pain and injuries. I continued to dislocate joints which I've had a multitude of surgeries for, and have multiple herniated discs. The greatest debilitation I face is being able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time due to an L5 central disc herniation and degeneration. Prolo has tightened me up, and decreased pain, allowing me the ability to exercise again. I've received prolo in almost every joint of my body, and almost all of these sites have had a decrease in pain or at least an increase in function. I recommend this provider, he will walk you through the anatomy if you ask, and his staff is professional, highly competent and personable. I will continue to see this provider as long as possible.

Great, very professional, super careful with cleanliness
I started with Prolotherapy for my lower back when other orhto docs said I should just learn to live with the problems, and it has gone a long way towards restoring my flexibility and reducing pain. I've just had treatments for my neck to relieve a pinched nerve that is going well. Highly recommend this practice as the focus on solving the problems rather than masking the pain.

The entire experience from initial office visit to procedure and follow up was amazing. Dr Mulvaney's experience and explanation of treatment shine through. He answered all my questions and explained in depth how the body responds to treatment.

Life Changing
After decades of suffering with PTS I finally have relief. One injection has done what many hours of therapy has not been able to accomplish. This injection has literally given me my life back.
Dr. Mulvaney was very informative and explained the procedure before, during, and after. I recommend Dr. Mulvaney for anyone who has been through anything traumatic. This injection should, in my opinion, be the first step to recovery before any conventional therapy. I wish this was around 20 years ago.

Treatment of Lipogems for hip labral tear to return to running and biking.
My labral tear stopped me from running and biking while I was training for a triathlon. I received the treatment in September and followed the protocol closely and as a result I was able to return to running at 4 months and since I have been able to continue to increase mileage. I have no pain and have been able to return to running 4- 5 times per week. I can't be more happy with my outcomes and my experience with Dr. Mulvaney.

Finally found a Doctor who listens and is extremely smart.
I am flying here to be treated by Doctor Mulvaney. I am a complex case with a lot going on. He listened to everything I said and immediately knew what he needed to do to start treating my issues. I am having a lot of different areas treated each time and he is great with his injections. He is calming, super nice, and wants to make a difference in his patients life. I felt some relief after first treatment and came back for second. I am feeling very positive about the plan of action he has recommended. I am looking forward to living my life without the pain I have experienced for the past year. I highly recommend him.

A new lease on life
Dr. Mulvaney and his staff were consummate professionals. The whole procedure, from the time I walked through the door was relaxing and reassuring. I noticed immediate relief when the procedure was completed and I recommend it to anyone suffering from the complications of PTSD. I had come to the assumption that the daily feelings of anger and anxiety was just a part of my everyday routine. Now, following an almost painless procedure, I feel like I have a new lease on life.

Surprisingly relaxing
Upon arrival, I was very anxious regarding the procedure, but within minutes Dr. Mulvaney had me laughing feeling comfortable with myself. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing so my worries were gone. Plus, he kept making me laugh which helped.

Great relief with prolotherapy
On and off issues with tight and sore hips and hamstrings over 4+ years of yoga, but fell out of a posture in January and was making no progress. Limited postures on that side. Referred to Dr.Mulvaney by yoga teacher. He recommended prolotherapy. I was unsure after reading various articles, but it definitely seemed the best option. After first prolotherapy treatment, I was still having pain in the first week and a half. But then saw dramatic improvement. Now thrilled to be pain-free and working on building strength back on that side after being limited in exercise for 3 months. Just had my second treatment and looking forward to building more strength and flexibility.
