Long wait time, but happy with doctor / results
This was my first visit to this office as I now WFH and it's more convenient for me than the midtown office which I've been going to for years. Dr. Keenan and the staff were great; listening, examining me, diagnosing me, and prescribing treatment. But the wait was over 30 mins and they asked me to come 20 mins early even tho I'd checked in online and paid online.

I can hear again
I went to @entandallergy today because my ears, especially the left one, has been stuffed. There was so much wax buildup toward the ear canal, making it hard to hear. Now I hear amazingly clear.
I also found out I have a deviated septum

Wonderful doctor - NOT ADA friendly office
I am legally blind. When I asked for assistance signing in I was told that I could not receive any assistance. i asked if the ipad program could be inverted so I could see it better, the answer was no. If it weren't for the help of another patient I would not have been allowed to see my doctor. I left this office ashamed and embarrassed for being a person with a disability. However, I was very happy with my visit with Dr. Keenan, I am not sure the embarrassment is worth it
