Dr. Keenan spent a lot of time with me. I hardly waited at all for my appt and once I got in, wasn't rushed in the least. She took a lot of time to explain everything, Just great all around.

Nice office but my RX wasn’t sent to the right pharmacy and it took a while for it to be sent to the correct pharmacy

It was very nice and clean.
There is one negative. I create, test, analyze ergonomics, Ease of Use and Usability for consumer products, am an Electronics Engineer, and I work for the #1 company in the world in this specialized field - The point is that I know what I'm talking about. The touchscreen tablet I used to check in was great. The only problem with it is there should be more user friendly instructions at the end of the questionnaire that tell you what to do next. There were 6 different pages that all look exactly alike that you have to go through. So, the message should say how many identical pages you have to respond to. I did 3 pages, clicked "Continue" and was back at the identical looking page. I got help from the administrator who told me I had to do it 6 times. She was very helpful. Perhaps make each page a different color or looks different - - I admit I didn't read them so if there was anything in the text that made them different, I didn't see it. Dr. Keenan is a great listener and nice person.

She transmits confidence with her great communication
The overall experience was great. Very professional clinic in handling patients visits. Friendly and efficient staff. Great communication by the doctor who explained what was happening and what steps to take very clearly.

Above and beyond
Dr Natasha Keenan was my 91 yr old mother's doctor. She took care of her ear problem. After prescribing her medication she contacted us to let us know the pharmacy didn't have her medication. She gave us an alternative OTC medication and asked for name of another pharmacy.

Dr Keenan is always available to me. She hears me. She addresses everything. She makes many many suggestions, all of them good and do-able.

This was a very positive experience with someone who listened, understood and respected my choices. nd
I had a very positive experience. The wait was short, action was taken immediately (a hearing test) and options were discussed.
I made choices about my own treatment, and the physician understood and respected my decisions.
My only critique was a recommendation for a test that would not be necessary given my history and the current explanation of my condition.
But I would definitely give this provider an A and would see her again.

Great experience
Dr. Keenan dagnosed my condition, gave clear information and advice, most importantly she did not seem rushed or distracted, really looked and listened, so I felt she was focused on all the information necessary to assess accurately. Also I appreciated that she was not interested in any unnecessary procedures. There was a wait but that is well worth it and only because each patient gets Dr. Keenan’s attention.

Dr. Keenan was thorough and helpful.
I felt confident from the beginning that Dr. Keenan knew what she was doing. Appreciated that she sent me to do a hearing test, especially since the test later showed that I have some hearing loss I need to attend to. Since I had a problem resulting from flying, I was grateful that she tackled it immediately, as I have to fly again next week.
