DR. Keenan was able to take care of my hearing problem. She is very knowledge and explained the problem clearly. Her staff was courteous and nice.

Doctor gets very high marks, but I wasn't seen until 45 minutes after the scheduled time.
Dr. Keenan listened to my questions and comments, explained what she saw in the exam and explained her findings. She was pleasant.
The wait to see her was long -- the appoint was for 2:50 PM, I arrived 20 minutes early as requested on the website. I saw the doctor at 3:40 PM. The waiting area not crowded, but a lot of conversation.
