Great doctor; horrible check-in.
Dr. Keenan is great...but by the time I had gone through the onerous and invasive check-in system I was angry and exhausted. The page design is awkward. The number of forms I was supposed to sign and agree to was egregious. The sign-in mechanisms were not disinfected from patient to patient. This was NOT confidence inspiring.

As a physician in the patient role it is always a pleasure see a colleague who exemplifies high standards in medicine. Dr. Keenan is knowledgeable, has a quiet, calm, confident and kind demeanor, and explains illness and treatment clearly and in a patient-centered way, As her patient I felt fully confident in the diagnosis and treatment plan and would recommend this office and Dr. Keenan without hesitation.

Dr. Keenan's practice was able to get me a quick appointment and then treated me in a caring and respectful way throughout my visit. Dr. Keenan was thorough and spent a good amount of time with me, ensuring i understood her diagnosis and the procedure she needed to perform.

Very please with how my visit went
In addition to diagnosing my ailment, she was able to also get me in for a hearing test during my visit. This is usually unheard of in other doctor's offices, where you often times have to come back a different day, etc. I loved how efficient my appointment was. Thank you!
