Life changing experience for the better.
After visiting a Dr. in Alb, I was told that my shoulder injury was inoperable and that they could only offer me pain management. After reviewing my MRI, Dr. Guttman did'nt give it a second thought and scheduled surgery right away. He descibed my injury from 1 to 10 as an 11. He took the time needed during surgery to repair. 10 weeks later, I am on the mend. I have months of PT ahead, however have very little pain. I can sleep at night now, and enjoy life again. Thank you Dr. Guttmann.

Excellent help, Doctor has allowed me to resume normal activities.
Dr. Guttman's approach is most practical. He strives for optimal/maximal improvement without getting too knife happy. This was my third shoulder surgery with him ( I have been accused of being a kamkaze). I would certainly return if it was necessary.

Fully positive at all stages. Dr. G apparent expertise, experience, clear explanations and prescribed course of action, etc. inspired confidence from the beginning, and the surgery itself seems to have turned out as well as possible, and the post-op descriptions and explanations of the shoulder condition and implemented procedures were extremely clear, helpful, and satisfying. I greatly appreciate the quality of care that Dr. Guttmann has provided.

If I had to I would use Dr. Guttmann again
I have had good experience with Dr. Guttmann, He did a much needed surgery on me, and a surgery well done. He has been very patient with me and has answered any and all questions I have asked. He is very understanding. Great Doctor!

Messed up shoulder

Dr. Guttman is an excellent surgeon. A bit of a miracle worker.

A major improvement, much much better than expected.
Dr. Guttmann took every precaution - from considering my history of seizures, down to my physical daily health - to ensure an optimal procedure, as well as recovery. He kept in touch, and was easy to contact for questions regarding the recovery process. Overall, Dr. Guttmann provided me a high-quality result that was well beyond what I had expected.

Dr Guttmann has clear expertise and is also very clear in his medical and technical explanations. He has patiently answered my many questions in a detailed and careful manner. Reverse shoulder replacement bilateral

Very good, little pain, ice compression therapy was great, no narcotics
